With the registration for an account on tftalents.com (following also refered to as „Site“) you confirm to know of and agree to be tied by the latest version of our Terms and Conditions, which can be accesesed from the Site. The Site may adjust the Terms and Conditions without advance notice at any time. The responsibility to keep up with the latest Terms and Conditions is up to the User by a periodic check. The on going use of the Site is equal to the acceptance of the changes in the Terms and Conditions. The Site keeps the rights for immediate suspensions and/or closing of a members account, at any time without notice, if the member violates the Terms and Conditions. The dealing with the accounts balance, of a closed account due to violation of the terms and Conditions, is up to the Site. By creating an account and using the services offered by the Site you assure to meet the registration eligibility as described fort in the Terms and Conditions. Registration eligibility To be allowed to create and Account and/or participate in Tournaments, an individual must: Be a natural person, with a minimum age of at least 13 years old, and who has had the email adress submitted assigned to them entered at the account registration; Be physically located in a that doesn’t restrict the participation in Tournaments of choice by law. Meaning you are responsible for conformity with your local laws; Act in according with these T&C. Individuals between 13 and 18 must obtain his or her guardians consent to create an account and compete in tournaments. The use of the Site is an ensurement that you posses the right, authority and capacity to register. Regarding your use of the Site, you comfirm to maintain the security of your password and identification as well as the full responsibility for all use of your account including all activitys by your account. Therefore all actions commited by a user‘s account will be believed to have been done by that user The Site only allows 1 Account per user and up to two account per physical address to compete in offered Tournaments. The use of proxy servers is not allowed. The Violation of the Terms and Conditions considering open to view missbehavior, as defined further in detail below, shall be followed by immediate sanction (as determined by the Site in its sole discretion) executed in form of account suspension, account termination, blocking of acces to the Site and, in case of any other illegal activity, announcement to police authorities. Missbehavior includes the use of unauthorized or altered software or hardware to assist play, intentionally poor play to achieve a wider competitive advantage, harassment of other compitetors, posting of objectionable material, any breach of our Terms and Conditions, or any breach or attempted breach of the security of an users account or the Site. By agreeing to the terms and conditions you acknowledge that all Tournaments offered and played on the Site are skill based competitions. The Site does not have knowledge about the outcome of games and also does not mention anything about the outcome of games. Prizes are virtual currency , described further down below, which is deposited directly into the winner’s accounts. Winner Payout Tables are acceseble at each Tournament as well as the amount oft he entry fees. The results will be posted on the Site following each Tournament. The Site will determine the winners of Tournaments. Upon registration for a tournament you agree to be bond to this determinations. In the case of technical, hardware or software malfunctions, lost or navaulable network connections or disconnects from your game the Site does not take responsibility. It is forbidden to gain unapproved acces to the Site’s systems or any account ( except your own) or inteference with the Service , e.g. inteference with communications, procedures or performance of the Site. The Site can suspend players from chatting if they dont act according to the Terms and conditions. In Tournaments players have to provide proof of the games results to the Site in form of a Screenshot. Every player is only allowed to post 1 picture per stage , which hase to be according to the termsand conditions. All references to euros or “€” on the site are references to european Euros (EUR). 1 € can be converted into 100 Gold („G“). Gold is the virtual currency of the Site. The prices can be changed by the Site and by accepting to the Terms and Conditions you accept the right of the Site to adapt the change rate. All buyments cost an addional 0.01 € as procedure fee. To withdrawl money a minimum of 1 tournament has to be played. Withdrawl can only happen in the worth of multiples of 5 €. Withdrawls can only be made once every 30 days. By Registrating for an Account and/or playing a tournament you agree to have the Site use gameplay statistic , such as average placement, of yours used and to show of on the side. Also is the Site allowed to reference your Name in context with a tournaments winning on the official Social Media channels of the Site. You agree that the Site will not be liable to you in case of any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if the Site has been advised of the possibility of such damages). By registering an account and therefore agreeing to the terms and conditions you agree that the Site can not be held responsible for any loss, damage or injury as a result from any sort of unathaurized acces or use oft he Site or your account, e.g. Hacking. You agree that regardless of any law to the contrary or statute, claims or cause of action as a result out of or related to use of the Website, Terms and Conditions and Private Policy must be filed within one year after such cause of action arouse. The stated Terms and Condtions establish the complete agreement between the User and Provider. Remissions of the Terms and Conditions or Private Policy will be effectual only if in writing and signed by the Provider.
